Refund and Returns Policy
Welcome to Dr. Bansal’s Ayurveda. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Refund on Delivered Products
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and healthcare products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered successfully.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos as proof.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To request cancellation, contact our support team immediately after placing the order.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved by our team, the amount will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Failure to receive the package
- Delay caused by courier partners
- Opened or used products
- Personal dislike after usage
6. Consultation Fees
Any doctor consultation, online consultation, diet plan, or personalized treatment charges are non-refundable.
